Bio
Emily is an Assist Set and Costume Designer at the Shaw Festival and an Adjunct Professor at the University of British Columbia. MFA Theater and Film design graduate from University of British Columbia and is based in Vancouver B.C. She is also the Head Scenic Painter at Metro Theater Emily graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cleveland State University with a B.A. in Theater Arts with a focus in Set Design. Her career began in Cleveland, Ohio and has had the opportunity to work and study art in Paris, France. Emily worked as a scenic painting intern for the Seattle Repertory Theater's 2017/2018 season, contributed to the set of the National Tour of The Humans, and completed a design internship with the Renaissance Theater in 2019.
